For 60 years, DEMECA has been developing its know-how in machining, but it has also managed to adapt to its customers’ needs. Assembly, services and procurement have become complementary to our core activity.

Procurement:

In bars, in slugs, forged, foundry work (cast iron, steel, aluminium), cut-out (by wire, water or laser), or mechanically welded.

Treatments:

Heat treatments (nitriding, cementation, carburizing, vacuum hardening and tempering), surface coating (zinc coating, nickel plating, finish rolling, etc.) and painting.

Subcontracting:

Truing, broaching, slotting, balancing, US controls/inspections, etc.

Assembly:

Production of assemblies or sub-assemblies, composed of machined elements and commercially-procured parts.
